Transparent, smooth, and sustainable cellulose-derived conductive film applied for the flexible electronic device

A high-performance flexible conductive substrate is one of the key components for developing promising wearable devices. Concerning this, a sustainable, flexible, transparent, and cellulose/ZnO/AZO (CZA) film was developed in this study. The cellulose used as transparent substrate. added AZO layer ZnO functioned an interface buffer layer. Results showed that effectively alleviated intrinsic incompatibility organic inorganic AZO, resulting improvement performance CZA film. In compared with controlled cellulose/AZO (CA) 365 ?/sq sheet resistance 87% transmittance, featured low 115 high transmittance 89%, well roughness 1.85 nm Moreover, existence conducive enabled conductivity to be stable under bending treatment. Herein, electronic device successfully prepared biomass materials, which would available by roll-to-roll production process.
